The large 4 digit, 0.56” 7 segment LED display is easy to read, even from a distance. Alarm Maximum, high and low, set limit can be configured, which can help the user to monitor the DP and to take necessary actions to maintain the room conditions as per the requirement or application. Differential Pressure Indicator displays and data transfers to any master device on MODBUS RTU RS-485 communication.

The Process Scanner can measure Temperature, RH Inbuilt integral Sensor, Differential Pressure Inbuilt sensor or three analog inputs or two analog inputs and inbuilt differential pressure sensor. It has on demand dew point display.

STYRAX manufacturers’ digital synchronized master clock systems, and other LED clocks. All clocks can display the same, accurate, legal time. STYRAX commercial digital clocks are specifically designed for applications where precision and reliability are of utmost importance. These clocks may be used as accurate stand-alone time displays. They can also be synchronized so that all clocks display the same time. SDC105M clock synchronizes the Slave Clocks (i.e.SDC1051S, SDC1052S) every second within the RS485 network.

Door interlock controller achieve this by preventing simultaneous access of door /Room by ensuring that when one door for a room is open then other door is closed. Push buttons are available for door access. Emergency stations are available for opening for all doors. Delay between each door openings to maintain required pressure. Door status can read by any master system connected over RS485 network. This door interlocking system shall interface with Fire Alarm System

Styrax wireless synchronized master clock system operates on a very basic concept. The Master clock acquires the time and then transmits it wirelessly to the slave clocks that are in the system. Once the transmitter master clock receives a time update, it then transmits the time to any number of secondary slave digital clocks. The digital clocks need only a 240v ac power outlet; they include their own internal battery pack with 5 year life.

In the process of material transfer from unclassified area to classified area pass boxes are used. The doors are interlocked such a way that doors cannot be open at the same time, due to which pressure losses and bacterial contamination doesn't takes place throughout the material transferring process. The prevention of simultaneous access of doors is been achieved by our Pass Box controller by ensuring that when one door for a Pass box is open then other doors closed.

A pH meter is an instrument used to measure acidity or alkalinity of a solution - also know as pH. pH is the unit of measure that describes the degree of acidity or alkalinity. It is measured on a scale of 0 to 14.

The quantitative information provided by the pH value expresses the degree of the activity of an acid or base in terms of hydrogen ion activity. The pH value of a substance is directly related to the ratio of the hydrogen ion [H+] and the hydroxyl ion [OH-] concentrations.

The STYRAX “Multi Channel Indicator” has been specially developed keeping process measurement requirements of Pharmaceutical industries. The Multi Channel Indicator can measure Temperature sensor (PT100) or 4-20mA or 0-10VDC. Configurable set points for PFC outputs. Display measured values data transfers to any master device on MODBUS RS-485 communication. It has keypad to program and calibrate the instrument by user. It has MS powder wall mounting enclosure.

Styrax manufacturers fully featured micro controller based PID105 controllers. It receives two universal inputs which can be programmed in the factory. PID controller interface with BMS through RS485 using standard MODBUS RTU. User can configure set points through RS485 and also monitor Output signal level and Input parameter values. PID105 supports Auto and Manual mode controlling. PID105 is an auto-tuning controller; from cold start or at set point. Typical applications are temperature control, RH control, thyristorised heating applications, AHU control in HVAC and BMS applications.

Air Shower Interlocking System
Description :
The Air shower is a supporting device for the clean workshops and the assembly clean room, is used to blow the dusts attached to the surfaces of the people and objects entering the clean workshop, and also functions as an air brake to prevent non-purified air from entering the clean area.


The Air Shower system controls the sequential locking and release of the doors, and controls the Blower. The two doors are interlocked such that two doors cannot be open at the same time, to prevent pressure losses and cross contamination.

Styrax manufactures Stop Watch Timer and Clock. These clocks are especially designed to know lapsed time interval of process. Timer can be start, Stop and Reset by using front panel soft-touch membrane keypad. These stop watch timer display Clock in 24Hrs format and this can be synchronized with Wired Master Clock through RS485.
